The action allowed the production of the feature length film “Dakar Trottoirs” and its subsequent showing and distribution in several countries in 2 ACP Regions: West Africa and Central Africa. Directed by young Senegalese film maker Hubert Laba Ndao, this film, the fruits of South-South cooperation, provided the opportunity to turn actors and technicians into professionals and, in the countries concerned, generate new cinematographic vocations focused on modernity.

Pitch: Set primarily in Dakar, the film follows a group of teenagers with no family, free and on the fringes of society who, with their coming of age, find themselves confronted with a new set of dreams and ambitions.
