Théâtre du Chocolat (Cameroun) - DR

The “Network for African Talents” constituted a new network for professionalization and promotion of the artists and managers involved in live shows in Mozambique, Senegal and Cameroon. Piloted by the “Ravenna Festival” in Italy, the project allowed the production of concerts, training workshops, and promotional actors for emerging artists in ACP states and in Europe. Approximately 60 events, including around three hundred artists, have been planned.

9-17 May : Maputo Festival

5-17 May : Music workshop in Maputo


November-December Theatral production workshop of  and presentation of the news play at the FESCATEJ in Cameroon

1 November- 6 December : Workshop theatre-dance in Senegal


November 8-16: Training workshop on dance, drums and masks in Cameroon.

- Production of ten shows for young audiences in the framework of the Festival africain du théâtre pour l’enfance et la jeunesse (Fatej) organized by Theatre du Chocolat (Cameroon).

August 14 - September, 15 : Training workshop on theater and dance in Senegal.

July: Performances by renowned ACP artists at the Ravenna Festival (Italy) : Baba Sissoko and Mamani Keita (Mali), Sourakhata Dioubate (Guinea), Kareyce Fotso (Cameroon),  Dobet Gnahoré (Ivory Coast).
