Read our "best practices" report: SUDPLANETE
The Sudplanète project responds to the global information and promotional needs of culture sector professionals in ACP countries, while additionally contributing to networking activities. The action allowed the creation of 21 websites dedicated to national culture sector operators (for ten different African countries, seven Caribbean countries, and four Pacific countries), all linked to a common international interface; www.spla.pro. These web sites offers culture sector professionals information, communication and networking tools. In time, the Sudplanète portal will become a database of information on the artists of the ACP.
PROJECT PROGRESS
In September 2013, the project launched 21 websites dedicated to national culture sector operators. Since then, the organisars are sending regular newsletters sent by geographical area.
Four videos has been produced to present the project in 4 different countries: Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ghana and Burkina.
